I ordered a Harley Quinn Halloween costume and it totally exceeded my expectations! Firstly it has 2 inner liners to provide coverage so it is not completely see through. Inside is a white layer (which touches your skin) and then a second layer, black. This is an amazing tutu. I bought this to use for a ghost costume - my almost 3 year old was so adorable! The waist was too big and I panicked a little when I saw it - I knew it was an adult size so thought I might have to pin it with a safety pin for it to be ok.
