This worked great with the Parmesan I first used it on. It turned out a nice thin grid, which I'm happy with! Then I tried to peel the zest from the lemon. Don't try. It only caught the lemon on the edges of the microplate so I tried another lemon as I found it was a bit soft. I couldn't get a useable amount of momentum, but I peeled a decent chunk of skin from my palm during my efforts. On the other hand, the part of the skin I made was finely grated 🤷🏻‍♀️
