This seemed like a good idea and a way to keep my garden tools organized and within reach. However the part is very, very light and once rakes etc are attached to the jig the slightest impact will send the holder to the ground and your tools will be thrown out. It was a terrible idea because I was spending more time lifting this thing and picking up tools - it wasn't worth it. However, I found a solution. I formed a sheet metal strap 3/4" wide and 12" long and connected the strap to the holder with a sheet metal screw. The other end of the strap was then bolted to a wooden bulkhead. It held the damn thing in place and kept it from falling every few minutes. The only problem with my mortar is that it has to stay in one place and can't move around the yard with me. But at least the tools stay in order.
