Now that's a great scratching post. Seeing is believing so be sure to watch the video to see why I say it's excellent. From a hanging bird at the top to a spring-loaded bird at the bottom, cats have lots of fun things to play with while sharpening their claws. We already have two scratching posts but they are only about 18 inches tall and our kittens are getting a lot bigger every day. You need something bigger and this 26 inch rack is the way to go. It's amazingly packaged with a bisectable base and split stand, but quite sturdy once assembled, so much so that I seriously doubt our cats can knock it over no matter how rough they get. Thumbs up for a great product. I like it.
