Upon receipt of the items they were stacked in a box (first week of January 2020) and I had to purchase a heat gun to keep them flat. I tried submerging them in 104 degree water in my hot tub but it didn't work. Put them in front of the heater fan - didn't help. Once mounted they look good and feel solid. A month later, scratches on the black plastic from wiping the shoes on the driver's mat became visible. Then the two round plastic tabs that attach the mats to the carpet button on the floor broke. I just contacted customer service today (5/1/20) to see if they can be replaced under warranty.
