Review on Anddyam Family Household Anti Slip Slippers Boys' Shoes for Cozy Slippers by Sean Maile

Great slippers but difficult to clean

First these slippers arrived with no cardboard or even tissue paper stuffed in to keep their shape and as it was only in a plastic bag they were already crushed. For me it wasn't that important and they fit true to size. One of my fingers is slightly longer than the other and fits well when I'm wearing socks, but it's fine when I'm barefoot. There were no care instructions or labels (not even size labels) but I decided to wash them anyway (machine wash) and add detergent and then slippers; No problem. Problems arose when I went to dry them. These slippers absorb water like never before. I had to run the dryer 3 times AND air dry them overnight before they were FINALLY completely dry. Then another problem arose: some areas of the previously soft outside of the slippers are now sticky. I suspect/hope it's the detergent that's confusing me since I didn't pour the detergent directly onto the slippers. I'll try to put them back in the washing machine and see if that stickiness goes away, although I don't expect to tumble dry them 3 more times (and I'll edit my review if washing with water just removes the stickiness) . Also, they are comfortable and quite warm considering they don't cover the heel. However, due to the difficult washability, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who might spill liquids on their slippers.
