With some modifications it works for the Hobart 140 manipulator. For example by lowering the handle, placing the screw heads on the inside of the upper shell. The "lock" mechanism is DANGEROUS, I don't trust them to hold a large tank. I'll take care of the very small tank IF and ONLY IF I can redo the chain holders. The small link chain also appears to be made of the same very poor quality soft metal as the bolts, washers and nuts. After all, the mounting sheet is useless. Instead I looked at pictures online in reviews to see what needs to be done. I'm still debating whether I should disassemble it and send it back and then buy a more expensive car. NOTE TO MANUFACTURERS AND SELLERS: If you want to see how a decent cart is made that will hold and hold gas cylinders securely, take a look at Miller's TIG cart.
