So, I have a tiny bathroom with almost no walls and a very narrow closet under the sink. I actually bought this super expensive hair dryer - not sure I really need it but I have it anyway. what to do with it I found this wall mount and decided to try it. I really didn't want to mess around with drilling and screwing so glue seemed like the only option. I read other reviews that said the adhesion was useless - fell off after a few days. This is not surprising as this wall mount is heavy, just like a Dyson hair dryer. So...I obviously went with glue patches, but I applied a bunch of Gorilla Super Glue to the backing and taped everything to the side of the vanity. I had to hold it for a few minutes while the gorilla super glue stuck to the vanity. But let me tell you, this thing isn't coming off this vanity wall. it's forever I don't think I could remove it if I wanted to. I will have to keep it if I sell this house. Rschunimagu. I didn't bother hanging the plug hook either - I just wrapped the cord and hair dryer around the mount and it works great, looks good, is off the floor and out of the way (if not out of sight). I recommend this, but only if you're using Gorilla Super Glue. I cannot comment on other hanging strategies.
