Review on 🔧 Fix Your Pleated Shades with the United Shade 650004 Repair Kit! by Rick Bear

Works great, easy to install. The only problem is the color. My motorhome is 2006. My sunglasses appear to be beige (they are certainly not white) so I ordered beige but the cord in this pack is darker than my sunglasses. Compared to the other (still original) shades, the cords appear to be white, but any NEW white will contrast much worse with the color of my shades than beige, in my opinion. In any case, I want them to be an intermediate color. (Maybe there is, but I haven't found it). A good "soft white” would probably be ideal. In the attached photos, the one on the left is the new BEIGE cord, the one on the right is of the original shade, showing that the cord is WHITE. Purchased on May 3rd 2020 and last week of July 2020. I could no longer open and close them due to cable wear. I live in my RV full time and close the blinds at night for privacy and open them in the morning to let in the light. . The cords don't hold. The first 2 pictures were taken on the day I tightened the lampshade, the last 2 pictures were taken today, August 7th, 2020. I'll try to align them and see how it goes.
