Unfortunately I didn't have to change the cartridge until after the 30th return period. When the cartridges are inserted, they initialize the printhead with ink, but when the printhead prints a page and requests more ink from the cartridge, it becomes unresponsive, causing the ink to run out and half the page to be printed. I then replaced that branded cartridge with another branded cartridge and the HP plotter then printed the drawings with no errors or missing lines. So I figured it must be a cartridge error but I can't return or replace them. It was my first experience switching to this brand. Unfortunately I can't stick to their great prices as they don't work.
