The VCR was not working properly. It was a gift for my mom to watch all of her old videos of us growing up. Some tapes worked, others didn't. The VCR has made several attempts to accept tapes. Contacted the seller for a refund which he agreed to and told us not to worry about a return. Big credit to Remix LLC for doing everything right.
