Comfortable and great!
I find it difficult to adjust the wire. Maybe with time it won't be that hard anymore. Also, the neck tensioner sometimes doesn't work that well. But I still like it and think it's a great invention. My neck doesn't hurt as much anymore. Definitely recommend for the price and comfort. I also bought it as a gift. :) Ok I've had mine for a while and it's holding up really well! I have a few to give away, they are great.
