I use this knife every time I cook. Ideal for chopping garlic / onions / and other herbs. I also like to use it to cut fruit. The knife itself has a sleek design, love the contrasting dark wood and it feels like a solid piece. I'm a petite person so I have small hands and this size fits me perfectly, very comfortable to hold. It is light and robust at the same time. Overall excellent value for money. PS The flat surface on the end of the knife is great for mincing garlic!
