I really liked it until about month 4 the power button decided to turn off. Never dropped or abused. I think this is to be expected if you ride a general route and use it more than once a week. I don't know how to contact the manufacturer to report a bug on their product, but I'm sure they've seen it many times and are aware. Beware, although it took almost 4 months. I don't know if that's a standard or what. The manufacturer should make it easy to contact them about these issues. If I just missed it, I apologize. I think it's time to spend a little more for quality.
