Grill/BBQ cookware that is not robust

These tongs show a lot of promise but fall short on some requirements. My pliers bent when used in a fist. I smoked some pork loin halves and to finish, I wanted to give them a nice crust with my Weber Kettle. They weren't large chunks of meat, but my tongs were bent. Just as I was trying to grab the meat, the tongs bulged out just because I was grabbing the meat. They leaned sideways as they tried to turn over a small pork loin. Half pork loin aren't big cuts of meat, so I can definitely say they're not very heavy. I really wanted to love these tongs as they look like a solid pair, but they're only good for small things like hot dogs and hamburgers. . Even small cuts, like a roast or half a pork tenderloin that I've cooked are too big and can easily bend the tongs. Another issue I've encountered is their overall grip strength. They can't grip meat half as tightly as cheap Walmart tongs. When purchasing these, consider the weight of the food being cooked and the strength of the handle. I've also cooked baked potatoes on the Webber twice. I couldn't get a good grip on the potato with these tongs and it was only a small potato because that was all I had (not your giant Idaho potato). Even turning potatoes with them wasn't great, although I expected a lot better.
