Package arrived undamaged. Checked headlights, all lights work except license plate lights. replacement requested. Let's see how it goes and if the new light works properly. I don't know why the light wasn't tested in production. UPDATED Got a replacement and the license plate light still doesn't work. There are only 3 wires to connect white to ground. Amber for high brake light and turn signal light and brown for low light which is for tail light/side marker light and license plate light. Either the light is not connected or the light is connected in reverse. Can't say until I find out, but it's not my job. I need the manufacturer to investigate the problem. I'll keep re-launching until I'm satisfied.
