Useless - absolutely useless - well - okay - "little" exaggeration. works well enough if you're using it on a stationary bike - or - you're mounting your road bike/mountain bike on a trainer - then it's fine - holds an iPhone 7 Plus decently enough - but - take this mount into the real world - a small dent and mount out of place first - did not send them back - bought two - one for me and one for my wife - as our two road bikes are currently mounted on training stands - they fit both - but we agree - useless a real bike, and there's no way to tighten them to keep them from moving.
