Review on Feedback Company by Shalom Germann

This software is very easy to use, it helps us create great ad campaigns by collecting opinions from our customers about products that they've purchased. Also, I like how the reports are generated - showing statistics of each campaign with its results. Sometimes there's no enough space to write everything we want so, sometimes the report doesn't look as nice as other companies' ones - this can be improved! It would be better if the text could wrap around more and also have some colors applied (for example black color). In my opinion, feedback collection should be done via surveys instead but using online systems like this one gives you much higher response rate than surveys do. We're trying to connect with potential new clients through different ways such as social media, and feedback tools help us build trust with them.
