. I already knew that buying this spray is a gamble. Judging by the reviews, it helps some dogs, but not others. Honestly, it was a 50/50 chance. The bet didn't pay off. The smell is strong but not terrible. (I wouldn't recommend using it indoors, but that doesn't make the space unlivable.) And yet our bichon pup (10 months old), who lives to sniff and gnaw at everything, didn't notice at all. He wasn't interested in the smell and didn't repel it. He passed the spot I had sprayed generously without even slowing down. This can work for you, but be aware in advance that you can lose the money you wager (ie spend).
