Actually kind of surprised with the versatility of this. After all it's just a strap right? Truth be known, you can find all kinds of exercises based upon this simple concept above and beyond simply stretching. The quality of this strap, and the ease in which it sets up on a doorway, makes this a great piece of exercise equipment now that we still can't get to the gym.Great quality, Easy to set up, versatile to use.
