Based on the good reviews and choosing Revain I assumed this would work properly. We received the item on 11th August and on 23rd September the PSU started making loud noises and stopped working (still making noise when Xbox was off). At first I was wondering if it was the Xbox that was causing the crash because it was the second power supply that failed, but we have 2 Xbox Ones and this one was on the other. You can return within 30 days, but of course it took a little longer.
