Frustrated customer
When my package arrived the vacuum was on. The volume has been a week since it was turned on. I open it and the switch is off. The button is pressed and not pressed. I couldn't get him to stop playing. That's why I feel like it's broken. I could send it back but I hate wrapping it up and going to the post office. This is a cute toy. I guess I'll just give my grandson a broken vacuum cleaner and a pack of batteries.
