and their sizing. These are 1 inch parachute buckles with a 1/4 center channel that has a closed channel end. The center channel is designed like a train track, but relocated to the side, as here II. To attach them to Cortech Super 2.0 saddlebags, a simple Dremel/cutting of the tip to expose/open the tip allows it to fit PERFECTLY into the nested end of the included parachute buckle sewn into the Cortech pockets. A slight modification of the Nelson Rigg buckle allows the inner end of the Cortech to be placed inside; Cortech has a plastic slot that this central channel is inserted into. For those looking for a fast, secure and compatible platform, they are a perfect match. The size and style of this tail bag are a perfect match. Cortech bags stretch and hold more than their equivalent Nelson Rigg bags. But this rear bag is like adding a rack to your bike. At the top, the weight is ahead compared to the Hardcastle. It has the same or similar capacity as the hard case. The only disadvantage, and this is obvious, is that such a soft case is not as reliable (in terms of thieves) as a hard case or weatherproof. For the record, this container swallows my Scorpion AT950 2XL helmet with the visor on when open. But the best part is setting it up for the quick release you were hoping for and being able to take the whole suitcase to the hotel on tour/journey. 4 buckles and that's it!
