Review on Canon EF S 24MM 1 2 8 STM by Kiril Baytoshev ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

I purchased the lens in addition to the 50mm 1,4 and to replace (if I may so say so) the whale 18-135 because this glass was designed for cameras with a cropped matrix, corpse. I particularly appreciated the camera's portability with this glass; I just kept it in my handbag. Without photos taken with the lens in use, a review of the lens cannot be complete, so I am happy to share a link to a folder containing a picture of the "eye" of this glass: I myself deliberated for a long time before purchasing, looking for photos from this lens, and I will be happy if this aids someone in making a decision.

Pros
  • This is felt most keenly. The autofocus is quick and quiet, and the lens almost "does not crawl" at dusk. Convenient FR on the crop; I wear it frequently. The focusing distance is as little as 16 cm! Colors can be very deceiving.
Cons
  • Not really sharp, HA are there, but for the PFR, this is an entirely typical tale.
