Looked nice but NOT SOLID
Looks better than it works. Ordered a few months ago it didn't install properly so I called the company. It was a WASTE OF TIME! After talking to two people for 30 minutes, instead of trying to fix the problem, they implied that I just didn't know what I was doing. I should have just returned it and got one of the reliable ones I had before. But instead I threw it in the barn. I needed a gate for the night and tried to install it again. The "bolts" for the expansion elements are simply plugged in, not screwed or snapped in. Every time you try to open the gate, the gate buckles on its bolts. OUT OF POWER! The lock is very difficult to open, sometimes it was only possible with two hands. It feels like it's falling off the wall every time. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
