Installation went smoothly. Comes with a plastic frame (great as originals often break or get damaged when the digitizer is removed). The tools aren't the best for replacing the digitizer, but do the trick if you're careful. Feels good and works well, no dead spots, cable length, feel and fit of ZIP connector was spot on. The glue held well after compression (6 hours in a special jig, see photo). You can get the same results using weight (e.g. 5-10lb books) and a flat surface (on my desktop) Installed on January 3rd, 2016, I will update if there are any changes.
