This mop and bucket was disappointing. It has some good things:- Bucket is easy to fill- Bucket spins easily and mop dries well when spinning- Bucket is easy to emptyBut the downsides make it so I can't use this mop and bucket:- The mop head has a plastic insert that covers the metal base that hooks to the handle. This plastic thing slips around and falls off regularly, leaving the metal base of the mop to touch and scratch the floor- The mop handle is hard to extend and contract to change sizes- The mop head is hard to get on and hard to change the angle - the mop wants to have the handle sticking straight up at all times and it's difficult to get it to move to an angle in order to mop. This just further makes it scratch the floor
