This is by no means a fault of the product, the product is amazing. Installing this part is difficult but doable, it only takes about 15-20 minutes depending on your flexibility. This part is in three locations on the Chrysler 200: two behind the glove box (MUCH EASIER THAN THE THIRD), the third location is on the driver's side above the accelerator pedal. I found it easiest to slide the driver's seat all the way back and lie on my back with a short screwdriver and a flashlight. The correct position of the drive lever is the key to a perfect setup.
