I installed 2 of these on my 2012 Chrysler 200 S. First on the passenger side. Very easy. A week later the driver's side went out. Getting to the driver's side is a lot harder, but that doesn't detract from the product in any way. Despite the negative review I read here, someone said it would just break after a few weeks - MY PRODUCT ONLY HELD GOOD AND NOT ACCIDENTALLY BREAKING. May I add that O'Reilly Auto Parts offers the exact same product at twice the price!

If you look at the picture of the electrical connector on the product website it looks OEM. However, when you receive it, you'll find that it doesn't really match the OEM notch pattern. I appreciate Dorman's manufacturing of automotive products. They are usually much cheaper than those made by car manufacturers (Chrysler in this case). Considering the original broke after just a few years, Chrysler doesn't seem averse to using cheap plastic gears in their products. I expect this Dorman to last at least as long and hopefully longer. In any case, it costs less than $20 and I was able to install it myself. There were no surprises and it fit just like the original. Update 9 months
