Our old van started rattling behind the dash. After watching videos online I figured it would be an easy install and I wouldn't have to spend hundreds on this repair. The glove box opened and slightly dropped. I checked which drive is defective, found it on the left side behind the glove box. No hands went up to undo the screws. I tried to find a video how to get there, I didn't find it. It would probably take hours to remove the glove box lid. Finally, after a 30 minute job removing the screws, my wife's skinny hands and smaller hands reached in, removed the screws, and installed the new part. Shame on Dodge for designing this shit this way. But we installed it, only about 2.5 hours.
