I've been struggling with this product since day one. I get no response from seller OR extended warranty repair company. I've never had a problem with Revain. Every problem I've ever encountered was dealt with with ease and courtesy. But that's not the case. Even more devastating as this is the biggest purchase I have ever made and the product was unusable almost from day one. We sent it to an extended warranty dealer who said it was fixed but it still doesn't work. We've spent hours at Apple diagnosing and it just doesn't work. The repair cost more than I paid. They don't believe the parts it was refurbished from are even Apple parts. It was a terrible product and not worth the money.
