EDIT: I contacted Revain support Unable to contact this seller I was redirected to the Dragonhawk manufacturer. I texted them on Monday afternoon and they responded very quickly and sent me a new car free of charge which arrived on Wednesday morning. I love Dragonhawk's quick response and willingness to help make this purchase the right one. I understand you get what you pay for, but if you're paying $135 I expect what I bought to last at least 3+ months before blowing out and becoming utterly useless. I love that Dragonhawk dealt with the situation quickly, respectfully and did whatever it took to make things right and I appreciate that. A few months later and indeed AFTER a 2 month window to return the item I lost $135 and ended up with a useless machine. I've used it a few times and now I get an error message every time I try to run the stencil. Worse, I ran out of half a box of stencil paper to try and get a "decent" and usable stencil, but insanely dark lines run all over the page every time. Definitely not worth the money to buy and only get few uses in addition to wasting expensive stencil sheets. Unfortunately, more effort than anything else. I definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The 2nd failed and no longer works. Now it won't turn on. I wouldn't waste your money.
