Bought 2 of these, one was refurbished and non-working

Bought these lights and finally had my electrician install them today 11/23/21. The 1st one he installed was fine. The 2nd one that he opened out of the box you can tell it wasn't new and when he went to install it, it was not working. Paid for 2, and only one worked. I had to buy a new one and pay for it. I couldn't return the light because I was out of the warranty period.
