I have three small children, so I don't have time in the morning to use the curling iron and such. I like it. It's really comfortable to sleep in! My husband laughs at me but the waves are amazing so he can cut his hair and bite me. When I braid my hair, I do it like a French braid. I take one strand, wrap it, leaving some, then add the next strand and continue wrapping. I have found that the hair stays in place better this way. I also use a third hair tie to hold the ends under my chin because it stays in place better for sleeping and also allows the foam pieces to curl up a bit to keep the hair from sliding off. out.
