I like that it is easy enought be used by non-technical users but offers many options if you are technical as well! It was difficult at first getting started with all of these features/options available - however after some training we were able manage our data without any issues or errors occurring during implementation time period (which took about 2 weeks). Definitely recommend this software over other alternatives out there because they have great support from their team behind them which makes things much easier when using something new & complex such as MTCG's product!! We use MTGC primarily so employees can view logs remotely while not present within an office environment. This allows us to monitor employee activity more efficiently than before due to being away from desks most days working online via VPN connection.
