Ideal for light projects. Don't expect these brackets to mount two parts at a 90 degree angle. They're thinner made of metal so they go with whatever you attach them to. In fact, they flex quite easily when screwed to the two pieces you attach them to. My braces came with 3 smaller reinforcing arrows (gussets) that aren't really deep and big enough to add strength to the 90 degree bend. I would suggest a thicker stable mount for most projects that require a 90 degree bend. They worked great for attaching the table top to the existing frame as the frame didn't move anywhere. I would suggest they be listed as light and they have asked the manufacturer to put some medium and heavy versions on sale. Overall I am happy with them for my intended project.
