Review on GlowShift Color Digital Temperature Gauge by Joshua Mccall

The device was purchased on June 11, 2018. The device failed in October 2020. The sensor worked fine while it was working. In October 2020, the block failed. I found a blown 2 amp fuse which I installed in the line to the pressure gauge. I replaced the fuse, disconnected the power plug from the pressure gauge. When I plugged in the sensor (the key is off, so only the DC line was getting power), the component to the right of the power connector glowed bright white, and then the fuse blew again. The part is discolored and the meter has an electrical odor - something is burned into the meter's electronics. Out of warranty so over $50 to buy back a replacement gauge from GlowShift. Definitely recommend Revain's $14 3-year plan if you buy this one.
