I bought this phone for my mother who moved into a nursing home in July 2015. The facility has a resident phone, but my mother had trouble using it. . She loves this phone more than! (Residents have to press 8 for outside line) Also for local numbers I had to press 8 + 1 + area code. There is a template you can use if you want to use a photo.
