POOR QUALITY!: Phones and Accessories

Bought for a visually impaired relative. After setup there was a lot of interference on the line and we determined it was the CLAP300 by using the same phone line for the other phone and also because it was happening on both phones. Also, the picture templates are too small and don't stay in place easily - you need to stick them with tape. I sent the phones back.

No indication whether there are loudspeakers, which is not the case, many older people cannot hold the handset to their ears for long. When I opened the package and took out the phone, something rattled inside the phone, I don't know what exactly. I bought an external speaker and tried the phone anyway, there was a loud squeaking sound coming through the speaker and I'm not sure what the interference is. Great senior phone

I bought this phone for my mother who moved into a nursing home in July 2015. The facility has a resident phone, but my mother had trouble using it. . She loves this phone more than! For now, I'm posting family members' names instead of photos. Over time I will include images instead of names. When I saved the phone numbers, I pressed 8 + 1 + 123-456-7890. (Residents have to press 8 for outside line) Also for local numbers I had to press 8 + 1 + area code. There is a template you can use if you
