No indication whether there are loudspeakers, which is not the case, many older people cannot hold the handset to their ears for long. When I opened the package and took out the phone, something rattled inside the phone, I don't know what exactly. I bought an external speaker and tried the phone anyway, there was a loud squeaking sound coming through the speaker and I'm not sure what the interference is. Still trying to figure out this phone for a 98 year old to be able to use. I think the information should be a bit more specific.
