Yellow-green light is really bright! In Connecticut, headlights must be white, amber, or amber. They are more yellow than amber. I mounted them directly onto the frame of my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Once you see what the bumper is made of, you won't pay more than $100 for a new one! The wires are tinned at the ends and have heavy duty black insulation. Buy heat shrink tubing; I used wire nuts and tape and stuck them under the edge of the frame. I bought this color to provide color contrast in fog and snow. I am amazed at the 180 degree throw of the light. This really helps when driving on the freeway at night as it requires driving with low beams on. Plus, they're great for daytime use!
