I've only used this 3 times so far and I'm new to disarming so take my rating at your discretion. I've read reviews saying it's crap or broken or only worked a few times or not meant for long hair. Well mine was no crap, wasn't and didn't break, worked great when I used it 3 times and I have long hair and haven't had any problems with the motor sucking my hair in and I actually saw hair lying on the motor and it never tugged or sucked on it. I really liked the result too! I've had straight hair my whole life and after having kids 3 years ago I suddenly got wavy/curly hair and loved the results I got with this dryer!
