Packaging was not damaged but both filters were damaged

Both filters were not damaged, the filter on the 1 stage was broken. I had to use them because I was 65 miles from a replacement. I bought new filters from Lowes and threw away the ones I bought online as I had never heard a reply from AO Smith. Not worth the risk.
