I have a Lian-Li O11 Dynamic XL case with a Lian-Li vertical GPU mount. It worked fine with my old 1080 Ti GPU with PCIE 3.0. I had a lot of issues with the new GPU and blamed the faulty card until I realized that after setting the PCIE mode to 3.0 in the BIOS all issues were resolved. The system is an X570 phone with Ryzen 5950x. Everything must support PCIE 4.0. I wanted to try a new vertical cable that "supports" PCIE 4.0 and saw this. I just installed it and so far everything works fine with PCIE 4.0 enabled. Made some quick games etc to test and it works! If this still causes problems I'll update this review, but for now assume it works with PCIE 4.0 cards.
