Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great image but no magnification, projector positioning is very limited

The projector is well made and projects beautiful images with vivid colors and 4x better HD resolution than my previous Epson SVGA Even on my 150 inch screen, the pixels are imperceptible. However, it is much more difficult to set up as there is no zoom function so you have to move the projector closer to the screen to avoid screen clutter which can be an issue in some installations and is the reason I rate it a 4 Others have complained about poor keystone correction and distortion, but I found it acceptable. The focus ring is also tight, especially as you near the end of the setting, but again that's perfectly acceptable once you're in the normal range of the setting. The speakers reproduced reasonable sound much better than the Epson, but separate Bluetooth speakers give a deeper sound. The projector level adjustment is very simple, has a limited range and cannot adjust the horizontal angle of the projector (can be a problem on uneven ground). As such, it's a great basic no-frills HD projector if you don't need one. projection flexibility. In comparison, most functions of an equivalent Epson projector are automated and remotely controllable for a variety of settings, but cost 2-4 times as much for the same resolution. For me, this is a good compromise for a single location in order to achieve HD performance at a low entry-level price.

Pros
  • Huge 300 inch screen and Hi-Fi stereo sound
Cons
  • Minor issues
