Got a different base plate
I preferred this stand to the Vivo model for the flat base plate shown in the photo and was willing to pay more to get the flat usable surface Tripp get light worries. This is not what I received. I have a stand with a base plate similar to the Vivo product. I mean, it works great as a dual monitor stand, but the base isn't flat and just wastes desk space.
