I'm a former cafe barista and a passionate fan. After running out of freshly ground beans, I researched and found what I felt was the best combination of price, size and quality. a huge mess every time you use it. I've tried everything to make it smaller but to no avail. Good point; The coffee is ground evenly and brews relatively quickly. However, the phrase is behind and on top of the ground coffee container, so pulling it out creates a mess everywhere. a safety switch that can be activated without fiddling. A final note is that the bean hopper is terribly small and difficult to fill. I have several other products from this manufacturer that I am very satisfied with. it actually helped me make a decision. In my opinion this is a failure.
