I'm surprised that this combination works so well. I can open a large file in Photoshop 6 on my iMac, resize the window, and then drag the image and toolbar onto the iPad. The PS menu bar at the top moves automatically. It's pristine - the iMac mouse and keyboard still work great on the iPad; The Apple Pencil works great and I don't see any lag - and that's over Wi-Fi. I've just tried it with very large pencil and brush strokes and it still doesn't lag much. It's easy to refine details and fix problems on a 1.5 gigabyte (7057 x 9255 pixels) artwork with over 40 layers. I place a piece of cloth over the unused area to rest my palm on when using the Apple Pencil. I don't want my palm to leave any traces of the image (I don't think iPad palm rejection works when using the Luna display). The iMac has 32GB RAM, the iPad has 16GB RAM - I don't know if the extra RAM will keep everything running smoothly over WiFi? I mention this because some of the reviewers here seem disappointed with Luna's performance.
