****Update ***** They're shipping a replacement vacuum - hopefully the filter is easier to remove! Original post - There is a small tab on the filter that you have to use to pull it out to clear it and it's almost impossible to pull out. I had to ask my friend to pull it out for me and even he had problems. When we finally removed the filter, dust exploded everywhere. Well my friend just left and I had to clean the filter - I had to try it myself and the little tab came off right away. So sad because the price is so high but I think you get what you pay for. Now it is useless because there is no way to pull out the filter.
