Works great, works well in toolboxes
No frills plastic dividers. The fins will flex a little if you push them hard, but they're not brittle. I put it in a deep box with flooring. The divider kept all the tools in place after I shook the crap out of the drawer to see how well it would hold up. I bought a second one that I plan on cutting off some of the ribs to fit wider tools. Recommend this if you have a 3" drawer depth or need to trim the ribs to fit.
